Welcome to Cuhie's Jewels. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud or stock issues.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Errors

• Prices are shown in BDT unless stated otherwise and may include or exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees (as displayed at checkout).
• Colors and sizing may appear differently across screens; minor variations are not considered defects.

3. Payment

• We collect delivery charges in advance. Customers may also choose to pay the full order amount upfront if they prefer.
• We currently accept payments through bKash and Nagad.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
• If a product is out of stock or we cannot deliver within the committed time, you may request a refund and we will process it.

5. Inspection on Delivery

• You must check the product in front of the delivery person. If any fault/defect is found, notify us immediately or contact us within 3 days to be eligible for exchange.
• No exchange is possible after 3 days from delivery.

6. Cancellations

• Once an order is dispatched for delivery, cancellation with refund is not applicable.
• After receiving the product, refunds are not granted for change of mind or dislike.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Exchange is available within 3 days of delivery if you report the issue within that period.
• If the product has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item due to our mistake, Cuhie's Jewels will bear the exchange shipping cost.
• If you selected the wrong size/color or want a different variant, you may exchange within the window, but you must bear the exchange shipping cost.
• Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 2–3 business days after approval.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact.
• For hygiene/safety reasons, certain items (e.g., used items, items without tags, customized/personalized products, gift cards) may be non-returnable.

8. Warranty

• Where applicable, manufacturer warranty terms apply. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Promotions & Coupons

• Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Expired codes are not valid.

11. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, transport interruptions).

12. Changes to These Terms

• Cuhie's Jewels may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified on our website or via email.

শর্তাবলী

Cuhie's Jewels-এ অর্ডার করা বা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন।

১. অর্ডার ও গ্রহণযোগ্যতা

• সব অর্ডার স্টক ও আমাদের গ্রহণযোগ্যতার উপর নির্ভরশীল।
• জালিয়াতির সন্দেহ বা স্টক সমস্যার কারণে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।

২. মূল্য, কর ও ত্রুটি

• দাম সাধারণত BDT-এ প্রদর্শিত হয় এবং কর/শিপিং ফি চেকআউটে দেখানো অনুযায়ী অন্তর্ভুক্ত/বহির্ভূত হতে পারে।
• স্ক্রিনভেদে রং ও মাপের সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে; এটি ত্রুটি হিসেবে গণ্য নয়।

৩. পেমেন্ট

• আমরা আগে ডেলিভারি চার্জ নেই। গ্রাহক চাইলে পুরো অর্থ একসাথে পরিশোধ করতে পারেন।
• আমরা বর্তমানে bKash এবং Nagad এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।

৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

• ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক এবং লজিস্টিক বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
• স্টক না থাকলে বা প্রতিশ্রুত সময়ে দিতে না পারলে গ্রাহক রিফান্ড চাইতে পারবেন এবং আমরা রিফান্ড করব।

৫. ডেলিভারির সময় পরীক্ষা

• প্রোডাক্টে ত্রুটি থাকলে তা ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পরীক্ষা করতে হবে। প্রয়োজনে সাথে সাথে জানাতে হবে অথবা ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
• ৩ দিন পার হলে এক্সচেঞ্জ সম্ভব নয়।

৬. ক্যানসেলেশন

• অর্ডার ডেলিভারির জন্য ডিসপ্যাচ হওয়ার পর ক্যানসেল করে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
• রিসিভ করার পর পছন্দ না হওয়ার কারণে রিফান্ড চাওয়া যাবে না।

৭. রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিফান্ড

• ডেলিভারির পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে জানালে এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য।
• প্রোডাক্টে ত্রুটি থাকলে বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট গেলে এক্সচেঞ্জ শিপিং খরচ Cuhie's Jewels বহন করবে।
• গ্রাহক ভুল সাইজ/কালার নিলে বা ভ্যারিয়েন্ট পরিবর্তন করলে এক্সচেঞ্জ সম্ভব, তবে খরচ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন।
• রিফান্ড অনুমোদনের পর ২–৩ ব্যবসায়িক দিনের মধ্যে প্রসেস হবে।
• আইটেম অব্যবহৃত, অরিজিনাল অবস্থায়, ট্যাগ/প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।
• স্বাস্থ্য/সুরক্ষা কারণে কিছু আইটেম (যেমন ব্যবহৃত, ট্যাগহীন, কাস্টমাইজড পণ্য, গিফট কার্ড) রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।

৮. ওয়ারেন্টি

• যেখানে প্রযোজ্য, নির্মাতার ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য। স্বাভাবিক ক্ষয়, দুর্ঘটনাজনিত ক্ষতি বা অপব্যবহার কভার নয়।

৯. দায়দায়িত্ব সীমাবদ্ধতা

• আইনে যতটুকু অনুমোদিত, আমরা পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নই।

১০. প্রোমোশন ও কুপন

• প্রোমো কোড একসাথে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না, যদি না স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ থাকে। মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ কোড বৈধ নয়।

১১. ফোর্স মেজর

• আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে যেকোনো কারণে (প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, ধর্মঘট, পরিবহন সমস্যা ইত্যাদি) বিলম্ব/ব্যর্থতার জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

১২. শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন

• Cuhie's Jewels সময়ে সময়ে শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করতে পারে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তন ওয়েবসাইট বা ইমেলে জানানো হবে।
